Shandong Doguide Group was established in the year 2002 and is a large-sized enterprise group which mainly produces new material titanium dioxide. It owns Shandong Doguide Group Co., Ltd., Shandong Jinhong Titanium Dioxide Chemicals Co., Ltd. and Shandong Suntiox Industrial Co., Ltd. founded jointly with Mitsui & Co., Ltd. and Fuji Titan of Japan. It is the key production base of vanadium and titanium during the 12th five-year plan period with supporting facilities for sulfuric acid production with sulphur, steam power generation, byproducts poly-ferric sulfate and ammonium sulfate, reuse of recycled water and the extraction of scandium from waste acid. It owns many research platforms such as Provincial academician workstation, post-doctoral research station, Enterprise Technology Center of Shandong Province, Titanium Chemical Engineering Center of Shandong Province, "Development and Construction Position for Cleaning Process of Titanium Dioxide" of Taishan Scholar, etc. The self-innovated “Cleaning Production Process of Titanium Dioxide with Method of Sulfate-ammonium-titanium Co-production" deals with the recycled water deeply with the leading domestic technology and equipment for reuse and the self-developed advanced technology awarded the second prize of Science and Technology progress by MEPC in 2016, Parameters of waste residue, waste water and gases emission are better than the national standards. Doguide is also the main drafting unit who standardized the energy consumption, waste water and gases emission for China Titanium Dioxide industry and energy efficiency leader in domestic industry.
